A guided, live somatic session to release stored emotion through breath, movement, and voice, held with care and returned to balance.
These practices help clear activated trauma. When an old or recent wound is stirred up, your survival instincts switch on, and you feel it as unease in the body. The practices give that energy a way to move through you and dissipate, so your body can return to ease.
How the session works
I begin by grounding us and helping you set a clear intention. For each practice, I demonstrate first so you know exactly what to do. Then I guide you through your own release while I monitor and hold space. After each practice, we slow down together so your body can settle, and I may invite you to journal what you're noticing before we continue. We close with integration so you leave grounded, present, and fully back in your body.
What's included
Up to 60 minutes of one-on-one guided practice
Live demonstration of each practice before you begin
Time to come down and integrate after each release
Guided journaling to capture what surfaces
A follow-up check-in within 24–72 hours
Practices you can return to on your own afterward
This session may be for you if you are:
Carrying emotion you can't talk your way out of
Feeling out of balance, on edge, or stuck in survival mode
Holding grief that hasn't found a way out
Wanting practical tools to clear stress before it follows you home
What to expect
This is physical, expressive work. You may shout, stomp, move vigorously, or cry. That's the work doing what it's meant to do. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you can, plan for a quiet, unhurried hour afterward.
Acknowledgment: These practices are taught by ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) as part of their Shamanic Tantra workshops.
