HOODOO

A Return to Root, Ritual, and Right Practice

HOODOO:

what it is,
What it ain’t &
How to use it

Hoodoo in its various forms is a traditional system of spiritual practice—often referred to as an African-American folk tradition—rooted in the curative and protective power of roots, herbal medicine, ritual, charm work, and ancestor veneration.

It is a living system, born from the blending of African traditions carried through the Middle Passage and shaped by the lived experiences of our people in the diaspora

There is a lot being called “spiritual work” right now…

Candle work without understanding.
Rituals without lineage.
Practices without responsibility.

This is not our way.

In our time together, we will:

• Break down what Hoodoo truly is—and what it is not
• Address common misconceptions and misuse
• Explore the role of roots, ritual, and protection
• Reconnect to ancestral grounding and
• Offer practical ways to begin working with greater responsibility

WHY THIS MAY BE CALLING YOU AT THIS TIME

If you are feeling

OVERWHELMED mentally and emotionally
• spiritually open and UNPROTECTED
PULLED in multiple directions
UNSURE what practices are real and what are not

This session is designed to help you re-center, re-ground, and re-align with practices that actually support your life.
