✨ SPIRITUAL BATH FOR PURIFICATION + CLEANSING - letting go

Ingredients

  • Fresh (or dried) Rosemary – 1–2 handfuls (clarity, protection, clearing)

  • Fresh (or dried) Sage – 1–2 handfuls (deep purification and release)

  • Lemon peel – from 1 lemon (cuts old energetic cords, removes stagnant attachments)

  • Himalayan salt - A Pinch or 2 (auric cleansing + grounding)

  • Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt 1–2 handfuls (body tension release, emotional detox, energetic reset) (If you don’t have use regular epsom)

  • Florida Water – 3–5 capfuls (refreshes the field, elevates vibration, clears spiritual heaviness)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Herbal Base

  1. Fill a pot with water.

  2. Add rosemary, sage, and lemon peel.

  3. Bring to a gentle boil for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Turn off the heat and let the herbs steep for 15–20 minutes.

This creates your purification concentrate.

2. Prepare Your Bath or Pour-Over

If taking a bath:

  • Strain the herbal water into your tub.

  • Add:

    • 1 or 2 handfuls of Himalayan salt or Epson

    • –5 capfuls of Florida Water

If doing a pour-over bath:

  • Pour herbal concentrate into a bowl or bucket.

  • Add the same ingredients above.

3. Spiritual Intention

Before stepping into the water (or pouring it over your body), speak:

β€œI release what no longer serves my life, my path, my lineage, my abundance.”
β€œAll heaviness leaves me now.”

Take slow breaths. Let the herbs do the work.

4. Final Steps

  • Allow your body to air dry if possible β€” no towel.

  • Dispose of the herbs at the base of a tree or trash (not the sink).

✨ Ingredients

  • 2 tbsHoney

  • 5 pennies or copper/gold-looking coins

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • handful Fresh Basil (Optional)

  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • Orange Peel

  • Pinch of Nutmeg (Optional)

  • Rose Petals or Rose Oil (Optional)

  • 2–3 Drops of money oil (or Cinnamon/Orange Oil) (Optional)

  • Splash of Milk

  • Dr Teal’s Epson salt (If you don’t have use regular epson or handful of Himalyan

    Crystal Usage:

  • Place your prosperity crystals near the bath, not inside the water.

  • Citrine may be placed inside the bath if desired.

  • Do NOT place malachite in water.

✨ How to Prepare

  1. Create your herbal infusion:

    • In a pot, bring water to a gentle boil.

    • Add the cinnamon stick, basil, bay leaf, and orange peel.

    • Let simmer for 7–10 minutes to activate the botanicals.

    • Turn off the heat and allow it to steep until warm.

    • (Save some of the herbal infusion to make a money Spray - Strain & Cook the water down to a few oz. Let cool, add a bit of vodka or tasteless spirit, and add to a spray bottle.

  2. Strain (optional):

    • You may pour the infusion through a strainer, or keep the botanicals for symbolic power.

  3. Prepare your bath water or bucket:

    • Pour the warm infusion into your bath or into a bowl/bucket for a pour-over bath.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients:

    • Add honey, stirring clockwise to invite sweetness and prosperity.

    • Add a splash of milk for nourishment and blessing.

    • Add nutmeg, rose petals or rose oil, and your chosen essential oil (cinnamon or orange).

    • Add coins

  5. Activate your intention:

    • Speak your prosperity invocation aloud.

    • Pour or immerse yourself as you visualize your path opening and abundance flowing toward you.

    • Alow your body to air dry

    • Dispose of herbs in nature
