RESTORE - A SACRED MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

JAN 25 | 8am PST | 11am EST

The body, not the thinking brain, is where we experience most of our pain, pleasure, and joy, and where we process most of what happens to us.

It is also where we do most of our healing.

Resmaa Menakem

This workshop incorporates meditation, journal work and Kemetic yoga in order to provide participants with the somatic experience of becoming more aware of their ancestral cord.

Beginning with a journaling process to introduce participants to their ancestral cord, Tatenda leads the group through a Kemetic yoga  practice which ends with an integrative Yoga  Nidra.
