Welcome to the sanctuary of our May New Moon Reset session, for those spiritually conscious individuals seeking to release the stresses of the outside world and surrender to the present moment. In this sacred space, we honor the rhythms of the cosmos, drawing upon the wisdom of our ancestors to guide us on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
During our 30-45 min reset, we’ll engage in grounding meditations, visualization, and conscious breathing techniques to quiet the mind, release tension and cultivate inner peace and stillness.
