SANCTUARY - RECALIBRATION - REFLECTION - STILLNESS

A PAY-IT-FORWARD FREE COMMUNITY OFFERING

We honor all those who continue to gather with us for these healing sessions —

The Equinox marks a rare moment of balance in the natural world — when day and night stand in equal measure.
The Ancients recognized this time in the cosmic cycle as a time to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.

This gathering is offered in that same spirit.

Sacred spaces of Stillness, Restoration, and Inner Alignment.

A Moment to Step Out of the Noise

This is a simple invitation to pause.

To step away from the constant stimulation, the demands, the background hum of the world — and rest in stillness for a moment.

This meditation gathering offers a quiet space to breathe, soften, and settle.

There is nothing to fix, achieve, or analyze.

Just a place to be. This is a simple invitation to pause.

Who This Space Is For

This practice is for anyone feeling overstimulated, stretched thin, or quietly carrying more than they realize.

It’s for those longing for calm, clarity, and a brief return to inner steadiness — without expectations or performance.

No experience is required.
Only a willingness to pause, reflect, and recalibrate

What We’ll Do Together

During our 60–75 minute guided meditation, we will gently enter a space of quiet awareness and reflection.

Together we will explore:

• soft breath awareness to settle the body and mind
• guided reflection to release mental and emotional tension
• extended moments of silence and restorative stillness

This is an opportunity to slow down, allow the nervous system to settle, and reconnect with a deeper sense of balance and inner steadiness.

An Invitation

Breathe.
Pause.
Rest.

Let this be a sanctuary — a moment to step out of the noise and return to yourself.

“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you.”
— Anne Lamott
