TIPs for a successful detox

  • Give thanks and be grateful.

  • Daily compliment to someone, especially someone you don’t know.

  • In the mirror and state clearly, affirmatively: “[Your name], I love you.”

  • Be gentle with yourself.

  • Quit struggling and celebrate being whoever and whatever you are. Wherever you are is where you are supposed to be.

  • Daily: Increase your awareness of what is really important to you.

  • Own up to your weaknesses but focus on your strengths.

  • Have more time: Start your day 30 minutes earlier.

  • Stop and relax for at least 5 minutes every hour.

  • Realize it’s a journey, not a destination.

Suggested Schedule

*Water intake: Minimum ½ your body weight in oz.  

For example if you weigh 140 lbs, drink 70oz water per day. If your weight is in KG, divide by 30 for number of liters.

Meditation: Rejuvenation, solar plexus activation and showing up for ourselves. A chance to think about the life you want to be living vs. your current state of being: what has been working? What is challenging? What else is coming up for you?
