How Does the Process Work?
Step One
Pay your application fee. You must submit your application before applying for financing. This fee is 5.99% of the amount you are applying for. Please note that your application fee is refundable only if you are denied financing. Your deposit is NOT refundable if you are approved for financing.
Step Two
After you have paid your fee; email admin@returntokemet.com to assist with filling out your financing application. You will select the financier you would like to apply with
Step Three
Once you have your pre-approval rates, please return to the application page to complete your enrollment process. It is recommended that you secure funding ONLY for the minimum amount needed for the total cost of the retreat..
Step Four
Once the application is approved, the funds will be deposited into your bank account, and RTK will bill the total amount of the retreat balance. For Study Abroad participants, you must make your payment directly to the university. The University will be immediately informed of your approval.
Step Five
Your invoice will be updated to reflect the balance paid, and all terms, conditions & cancellations for the retreat will apply. You will have 48 hours to pay the balance in full, or your registration will be canceled, and/or you will be charged a Late Fee of no less than 5% of the Total due. Further, your deposit shall be forfeited. Please make your Full Payment from the Retreat Booking page. (Does not apply to Study Abroad participants.)

Please review financing repayment requirements with the financing option you selected.

Tips For A Successful Loan Application
(From the Lenders)
Take your time and make sure there are no typos as a misspelling of your name could result in a denied application because they cannot identify the correct person.
If you are employed AND self-employed, please enter the status that provides the most income.
It is recommended that you secure funding for the minimum amount needed for the total cost of the retreat. The financier will run a soft pull credit report, and based on proprietary algorithms you are matched with the best possible offers during the pre-approval process.
Some lenders may decline, while others may approve you. Just because you received a decline email doesn’t mean you have been declined from all lenders.
Please complete the application with accuracy, because if not, it could lead to pre-approvals that don’t lead to final approvals.

Addendum:
Application Fee and or Deposit Refundable (Minus a $20 processing fee) if Financing is not Approved
If Financing is approved, the Guest has 48 hours, once payment is disbursed, to make full Retreat payment Otherwise, additional fees (No less than 5%) will be applied to your balance. The 5% Fee does not apply to Study Abroad Members.
