CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK
FEB 17 | 10am PST | 1pm EST
Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.
- Thich Nhat Hanh
HUMANS CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT A LOT OF THINGS. BREATHING IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
Conscious Breathwork is a transformational somatic practice where, by changing the pace and pattern of breathing, ones' sub-conscious and energetic and emotional bodies are prompted to release stored/trapped stress, tension, emotions, experiences, and trauma. The practice also nourishes the physical body by oxygenating our cells, down regulating the nervous system, and boosts our immune system by helping the body to release toxins. It also helps calm and quiet our minds, allowing us to tap into a state of deep relaxation and peace.
Preparing for the Session
Wear comfortable nonrestrictive clothing, especially around the stomach, bring an eye mask if you have one, yoga mat, water, and a journal or something to write on. Blankets and pillows are also advised.
Please do not drink alcohol or take other recreational drugs the day of the session. It is optimal to not have had these at least a full day prior to allow optimal results from the breathwork practice.
Eat at least 1-2 hrs prior so your stomach is not full during the session
Contraindications for breathwork: anyone with unmedicated heart issues, glaucoma, 1st trimester of pregnancy, detached retinas, or anyone who has had a recent surgery. Please contact RTK with questions.
Saturday February 17th 10 AM PST | 1 PM EST
NOW is always the perfect time to employ practices for better health, stability, grounding, and mental & emotional well-being to take on life and all the world throws at us

ABOUT AMY
Amy Argyle is a Los Angeles based intuitive Conscious Breathwork Guide. She is a resident practitioner two nights a week at Casa Kallpa Wellness Studio in North Hollywood and holds private and group sessions both in person and virtually at home and at retreats in Joshua Tree and Bali, Indonesia.
Her personal experience with conscious breathwork (since 2017), combined with the 3-month Breathwork Facilitators Course with Parama Collective led by Siedeh Foxie, gives Amy a deeper understanding of this therapeutic modality and its powerful effects on the body on both a physical and energetic level. This work has also given her a deeper understanding of how trauma and stress affect our bodies and the power of breathwork to help release what is stored.
Using gentle verbal guidance, a thoughtfully curated playlist with added sounds of live instruments, and intuitive touch (with permission), sessions with Amy leave participants feeling more relaxed, clear, calm, and grounded.
