Introduction

The presentation opens up with a body scan meditation and then moves into an overview of ancient sound healing covering topics such as: subtle body energy, the sacred temple of Luxor and it’s relation to the chakra system, the hermetic principles, vocal toning and vibrational sound healing as well as what to expect in the forthcoming chakra meditations. This first part of the April 2 workshop ends with the toning for the Wa Ba Ra, or the root chakra.
