WHAT IS TONING?

Toning is a form of sound healing that helps us to heal on all levels, from our energy bodies to our cellular membranes.

There are a multitude of sound-based meditation techniques. However, it has been found that using one’s voice can be the most effective healer as the various tones are sung. Our energy centers unblock, clear, and realign during vocal toning, thus increasing circulation, energy, and vitality. This form of healing is effective in relieving physical ailments as well as trauma, grief and addressing issues of shame, guilt, the feeling of powerlessness, and closed hearts.

As we move out of the Lion’s Gate Portal and into the New Moon energy, we want to take time to recalibrate. We continue to focus on those things that are for our highest and Greatest Good.   It is important to find stillness amidst the chaos. New Moons represent new beginnings - a time to reset. During our session, we encourage you to consider setting new intentions and letting go of past pains, traumas, and struggles.
