UNWIND & UNBIND
A Pre-Solstice Ceremony of Rest, Remembrance,
release & Rebirth
Saturday, JUNE 13 · ATLANTA, GA
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Freedom Sanctuary · Exact Address Provided 48 Hours Prior
"Ritual is the container for the experience of spirit. Healing can only happen when the community comes together in ritual."
— Malidoma Patrice Somé
You have been holding it long enough.
The solstice approaches — the longest day, the great turning, the threshold between what was and what is becoming. Before the light shifts, before the next cycle begins, you are being called to put it down.
Not manage it. Not process it in another workshop.
Release it. Burn it. Be free of it.
Unwind what has been coiled tight in your body for too long.
Unbind what has kept you tethered to old grief, old fear, old ways of being.
This is ritual. This is community. This is medicine.
The Ancestors are already waiting.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You are being called if:
— Your body is tired of carrying what your mind hasn't been able to release
— You are a space holder, empath, creative, or wisdom keeper who needs to be held yourself
— You are ready to go past understanding and into actual transformation
— You feel the pull of ancestral connection and want to go deeper
— You are new to ceremony and ready, or seasoned in the work and called back
All are welcome. No prior ceremony experience required. Willingness is the only prerequisite.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. This ceremony is intentionally designed to welcome both first-time participants and those experienced in sacred plant work. Hapé is offered slowly, respectfully, and with guided support throughout the experience. You are never forced into anything, and consent, grounding, and emotional safety are deeply honored within the container. Our facilitators create a calm, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace. All that is required is willingness, openness, and respect for the process.
-
Wear comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to fully relax, move, breathe, and feel supported throughout the evening. You may be sitting, stretching, shaking, meditating, or experiencing emotional release, so softness and comfort are encouraged over appearance. Many guests choose flowing or breathable clothing in earth tones or all white, but there is no dress code — come as you are.
