1. Who can attend this retreat?

Anyone, all ages. Please note there will be a lot of walking and sight seeing for the cultural experiences. The yoga level is for beginners.

2. I've never travelled before and I don't have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?

Absolutely. You will be with the group at all times.

3. What do I need to pack?

Yoga mat, flexible clothing, scarves for women (optional), to be respectful of the religion and culture Egypt, sleeves that cover the shoulders and bottoms that cover the knees are recommended - especially for the female attendees, water bottle, personal superfoods & snacks, personal care products.

4. Do I need a visa, travel insurance or any vaccinations to travel to Egypt?

Yes. You can buy a 30-day tourist visa upon arrival at the airport. You must pay in US dollars. The visa is $25 USD.

No, additional vaccines are required for US citizens traveling to Egypt however, the CDC has a list of recommended vaccines to consider. More information here.

Travel insurance is required. Suggested insurance is Allianz.

5. Do you offer monthly payment plans?

$500 non-refundable deposit. All final payments are due by March 18, 2019. Registration is not confirmed until deposit is made.

If you choose to cancel, the deposit can be applied to a future retreat.

7.  Is this retreat all-inclusive?
The Retreat Does not include flights to and from and within Egypt.  All Accommodations, Meals, Tours, entry fee into temples, Airport Transfers and in country Transportation  are included.  Tips and Gratuities and optional activities are not included.


8.  How much in tips and gratuities should I bring?
It is recommended that your bring the equivalent of $125-150 US  for Tips and Gratuities for Hotel staff, Drivers, tour guides and temples assistants.
